Manage your sampled instruments libraries

ProManager 3 is Redmatica’s next generation library management software  for sampled instruments and builds on the solid foundation of the acclaimed ExsManager library manager.

ProManager 3 extends on ExsManager by offering direct support for Redmatica Keymap 2, Apple EXS24 and GarageBand, Native Instrument Kontakt 3 (nki, nkm, nkb), Digidesign Structure and Propellerheads Reason 4 NNXT instruments and respective samples.

Intuitive User Interface, goal based

ProManager 3 offers a completely redesigned user interface, offering a new level of simplicity and information. The interface is goal based:  once you decide what you want to do, you are shown the possible options, and only those specific options, for reaching that goal.

A simplified mode offers the most common function (instrument relink to samples) as a single-click operation for added convenience.

Metadata tagging and search

With ProManager it’s possible to attach tags to instruments and then search by tag.

This feature is additional respect to the metadata capabilities that might be available in the various instrument formats, and as such, it’s not tied to a specific format. This means you can use your own set of tags for all your instruments, regardless of the format.

Relink instruments to samples, manage duplicates and unused files

Many sample libraries in native format, or converted from a different format, contain duplicates of the same samples, and when manually deleting instrument files, it’s also very easy to forget the samples.

After a while, a considerable amount of disk gets wasted with these files, and normally it’s very difficult to know if a specific sample file is used by some instruments or not. ProManager 3 automatically detects both duplicate and unused sample files, and can optionally delete or move these files in separate folders.

Optimize for quick loading

One of the basic function in ProManager 3 is to update instruments references to sample files so that when you load instruments in Kontakt, EXS24, Structure or Reason NNXT, the sample files are immediately found and loading is as quick as your Mac can read the data from the hard disk.

Metadata synchronization over network

ProManager 3 synchronizes the tags you assign to instruments files, across all of your computers, simply by connecting them in network and clicking the sync button.

Works as an universal instruments and sample browser too

ProManager 3 uses technologies developed for Keymap Pro 2 to show you the sample content, including loops, for your sample files and you can listen to samples with just a touch of the spacebar.

ProManager 3 also works as a simple browser for instruments and lets you preview and play them from a MIDI Keyboard, using a simplified audio engine.
