Q:What payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
A:Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Wire Transfer.
Q:What should I do to upgrade my current Redmatica software?
A:You can purchase upgrades from our Online Store. Please make sure to use the same email address you registered for your old product (you can see it in the about box). If you follow this recommendation, processing will be automatic and quick. Otherwise you will have to wait up to 48hrs for manual processing. Please do not order an upgrade if you do not have a previous qualifying license, because you won’t receive it.
Q:I haven't received a serial number for my purchase.
A:That’s correct. Redmatica software doesn’t use serial numbers, but rather a personalized Redmatica User Center application, which is sent by email.
Q:I haven't received my Redmatica User Center application for my purchase.
A:Your Redmatica User Center application is sent automatically as a download link by email within a few minutes. Please check that the email didn’t go by mistake in your junk/spam folder. If you still can’t find the email, please disable any junk/spam filter you might have active, and contact support@redmatica.com.
Q:I just upgraded to the new versions. What should I do with the old authorizer apps I used until now?
A:You can throw them away, as they are not used/needed anymore. Now all authorizations, and update requests are performed online using the Redmatica User Center application, so there’s also no need to send emails anymore, and you can see at any time which computer is authorized or not.
Q:I received my Redmatica User Center application. How do I authorize my computer and receive the software?
A:Just be sure that your computer is connected to the internet, launch the User Center application and everything should be self-explanatory. Connecting the computer to the internet is required only for authorization purposes and for requesting the software and respective updates. You can disconnect your computer from internet after that.
Q:Do I need to keep the Redmatica User Center application after I authorize my computer?
A:Yes, we suggest you keep it safe for the future, as it’s the key to all your authorizations and updates. However, each Redmatica application now also has a built-in User Center (under the Help menu) for your convenience.
Q:How many computers can I install the software on?
A:The license lets you install the software on up to 3 Computers at once.
Q:May I pay using the USD price list instead of EURO?
A:The USD list price is reserved to North American customers.
Q:When will I receive the invoice for my order?
A:All online sales are handled by our online distributor, SWREG. You will receive an invoice from them by email within minutes from ordering.
Q:I am having difficulties authorizing my product.
A:Please contact support@redmatica.com.
Q:Can I cancel a purchase?
A:Yes, you can cancel your order within 15 days from purchase, but only if you haven’t authorized any computer yet.
Q: I would like to sell a product and transfer it to another customer.
A: The Redmatica licenses do not allow ownership transfer, and so can’t be resold.
